At DaVinci Baby, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your little one has the perfect fit with a seamless and stress-free return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your original packaging.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
